I’m a regular speaker at Continuing Legal Education conferences, usually for the Oregon Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, sometimes for the Oregon Bar Association or some other group. I also write practice manuals and books about Oregon criminal law and practice, and I’m glad to talk to the press about criminal justice. (Confidentiality usually prevents me from talking about a specific case I am working on). Please let me know if you’d like a speaker for a legal conference, school, or civic group on criminal justice, search and seizure, or appellate law and practice.
